International Card Services Risk & Control is looking for a Director – Process Management with specific focus on the end-to-end execution of a robust framework and governance program on all ICS owned processes, including developing and maintaining an inventory, implementing the uplift to RCSA and developing and refining ICS’ overall approach to managing and mitigating risk across its processes. The successful candidate will lead a team focused on delivering this program, ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across International markets and legal entities and ICS Control Management. How you will make an impact in this role?

Collaborate with Legal Entity Control Management to own and maintain the overall inventory of ICS processes. Define and drive ICS’ overall approach to defining, documenting and managing our RCSA program. Drive the uplift of managing risk across ICS processes through the transition to RCSAs. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert within ICS, relevant BUs and International Legal Entities on relevant risk and control programs relating to processes. Ensure all activities & guidance provided to BU are in alignment with standards set by centralized specialist risk-stripe teams. Comply with enterprise policies and programs pertaining to process risks, and support with design/ enhancement of BU procedures / operating standards. Provide appropriate and timely reporting to BU leadership, and where appropriate to second and third line of defense teams. Consult on the design and implementation of controls tailored to areas of process risk, and provide broader input on the areas of risk. Be a key leader for sharing insights, better practices, themes, for programs that are led in this team, within the relevant BUs and where appropriate across the Enterprise. Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in operational risk management, Operational Excellence (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function). Deep understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities. Broad and deep experience within financial services industry. Must have strong relevant experience of operating across multiple geographies and multiple lines of business. Consumer is essential, Commercial and Merchant are ideal. Demonstrated excellent practical and technical program and project management skills, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in process management and governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively. Demonstrated history and ability to manage large teams, spread over geographies and with diverse backgrounds.
