What you'll do: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Product Marketing to lead our B2B product marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a “player coach” who is a stronger writer and presenter, possesses a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, along with a robust background in product marketing management (PMM). Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Market Analysis and Positioning:

Conduct thorough user and market research to understand customer needs that inform product strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies. Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:

Oversee successful product launches, ensuring strategies are executed efficiently and effectively. Performance Measurement and Optimization:

Establish metrics for product marketing success and measure outcomes against goals. Team Development:

Mentor and coach team members, fostering career growth and skill development. Hands-On Execution:

Be willing to contribute directly to projects when necessary. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication of marketing initiatives and results. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in product marketing management, with a proven track record in core B2B marketing skills. 5+ years of leadership experience, successfully managing and developing product marketing teams. Demonstrated ability to measure and optimize marketing outcomes using data. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional strategic thinking, with a hands-on approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
