This role is for Sales Partnerships and Alliances for Data Apps and KYC operating units. Responsible for initiating and developing regional partnerships as well as managing a portfolio of global and strategic partners. These partnerships include Technology, Consulting, Advisory and Agent partners who present new sales opportunities and routes to market. Working in the EMEA region along with a global team of Partner Managers building long-term partnerships which support sales and scalable revenue growth for Moody's. Responsibilities: Build a deep understanding of Partner and Alliances business and value proposition. Develop effective communication so that partners understand Moody's solutions and market position. Develop a clear understanding of effective go-to-market strategies and implement them. Build a deep understanding of how Partnerships and Alliances can drive existing and new revenue targets supporting sales. Implement the Partnerships and Alliances strategy across EMEA and support wider territories if the partner has a global footprint. Manage and grow a given number of current partner accounts to optimize growth and sales in or outside the region. Identify and onboard new partners that complement Moody's business segments and provide a world-class service to our clients. Identify companies that are best of breed in their given market and communicate this effectively to the Partnerships team and Moody's businesses. Mitigate and manage the risk of partners using our data and solutions by effectively implementing the partnership framework. Assist with developing the use-case messaging and work with marketing to ensure insightful internal communications about the partner for the intended audience. Qualifications & Attributes: Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., bachelor's degree) required, with coursework in business, economics, finance, marketing, or related fields. A Moody's employee at this level would typically have 7+ years' experience working in direct business-to-business sales roles with a focus on serving financial services and/or corporate treasury customers. Established experience in the business information and technology industry serving large customers across industries with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customers' business drivers. Ability to present high-level information as well as detailed demonstrations of products & services. Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles to successful conclusion through use of consultative selling techniques. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact with senior executives both internally and externally. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail. Experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders. Moody's is an equal opportunity employer.
