UAPP is now expanding its global footprint and recruiting education consultants across the UK and Europe to extend its services to many more aspirants. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Director of Sales and Marketing, the person will be responsible for: Working closely with senior leaders and growth champions to develop and implement UAPP’s new business cross-channel sales strategy, ensuring strategic alignment of sales with business plan and growth objectives. Leading and influencing cross-functional teams internally (e.g., sales, marketing) to spearhead partnership opportunities. Acting as a brand ambassador for UAPP, raising brand presence in the market and attracting new partnership opportunities. Leading the marketing team in the execution of lead generation and inbound campaigns, helping drive lead opportunities for new business growth. Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and market competition. Strategically analyzing business performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting. Preparing the Annual Business Plan for Sales & Marketing through a structured and strategic approach, involving and guiding the Heads of Departments and other stakeholders. Managing marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure that targets are met. Overseeing the development of brand identity and recognition. Ensuring the delivery of consistent and high-quality marketing content. Representing the company at industry events and conferences. Allocating and advising on annual budgets for new business and marketing. REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have the following: Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. A track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies within growth stage organizations. Excellent client-facing skills with strong written and verbal communications. Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving highly complex matters. Effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization. A second European language (German or Italian) would be an additional benefit. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams. BENEFITS
