Involved in indication-specific strategy planning and implementation across the assigned therapeutic area Develops best practices based on lessons learned Mentors, trains, and assists Operations staff in strategies and best practices within their assigned therapeutic area Participates in external executive oversight meetings Participates in Investigator Meetings and various team meetings Reviews essential study documents to provide feedback from an operational standpoint on study procedures, pathway of the patient, etc. Assesses performance of team members during bid defenses, and provides feedback to the appropriate line manager Keeps abreast of pertinent developments through attending conferences in the therapeutic area, and reviewing current supporting literature Business Development
Reviews RFPs, and makes recommendations for bidding Mentors and coaches the bid team in the bid defense processes in strategy and key therapeutic area elements Prepares for and takes part in remote and in-person bid defense meetings Contributes to the development of PSI global therapeutic strategy in line with PSI's indication-specific portfolio Assists in the development and maintenance of indication specific KOL and specialist network Builds working relationships and maintains communication with all business stakeholders Qualifications
