Work with the Continuums of Care to plan for and execute the requirements of each Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project grant in a manner that centers the voices of YSP members as the experts in the issue of youth homelessness. Develop and execute a fundraising plan for the Youth Success Project. Recruit, facilitate, and oversee YSP membership and their participation in YSP opportunities. Represent the NH YSP at community events and working groups related to the needs of youth experiencing homelessness. Identify and maintain ongoing networking relationships with partner organizations that share common values with YSP and/or provide support to youth and young adults experiencing homelessness. Track progress on contracts to ensure all program goals and contractual obligations are fulfilled. Explore the development of an organizational advisory board. Apply for grants and oversee organizational budgeting and finances with support of the fiscal host agency. Supervise the YSP assistant director. Documents Needed to Apply
