Educated to degree level with or relevant experience

Experience of responsibility for aspects of administration of team duties (staff attendance, supervision, PADR)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience of a busy administrative environment
Rota management
Experience of working with sensitive clinical information and following confidentiality rules and policies
Experience of working to Welsh Government Targets such as RTT and SCP
Experience of HR processes and recruitment
Experience of managing difficult situations and conflict resolution
Experience of budget management
Database management
Project management
Experience of establishing administration and monitoring systems
Experience of leading a team of staff
Previous NHS experience
Skills
Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database software
