You will be educated to at least degree standard (or equivalent) and have experience of assessing disabled students' needs. This should include working with neurodivergent students and those who have mental health difficulties, unseen, physical and sensory disabilities to create collaborative support plans. Detailed understanding of the students' needs in higher education and the potential adjustments is therefore essential. You will have excellent interpersonal, accuracy and communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
