Clinical Assessor Do you want to take your nursing, occupational health, physiotherapy, or paramedic career in another direction? Our client is seeking a registered nurse (RGN or RMN), physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or paramedic to join their organization at an exciting time. Day to Day You will assess customers, taking your clinical observations and questioning, and creating a written report which you will pass on to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP). Your report will form part of the decision-making process for the customer’s support. Training Customers will have multiple clinical issues; you will receive industry-leading training provided by my client’s clinical tutors. The course will equip you with the skills to support customers and transfer your current medical skills and knowledge to the level required for the role. Full training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid. This role will maintain your registration with the NMC or HCPC, and you will receive revalidation support to maintain your registration. Development Once you have completed the comprehensive training, the investment in you does not end. You will have ongoing CPD, with over 100 hours of CPD protected per annum, support with revalidation, and opportunities to develop your career within the organization. Your Requirements Minimum of 1 year’s experience, gained in the UK as a registered physiotherapist, registered nurse, or registered occupational therapist. Computer or IT skills are a distinct advantage. Typing or keyboard skills with an ability to type at 40 words per minute. These roles are not suitable for MSc students.
