Reporting to the Despatch Process Owner, the Despatch Administrator will be responsible for all general administrative duties associated with the despatch of finished goods. This position will require security clearance by CRB check and 5 year background check. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Controlling outgoing shipments to meet production plan, and achieve maximum OTIF. Organising transport and shipping within the UK and internationally, ensuring customer requirements are met and the most appropriate or economical methods are selected. Ensuring legislative compliance for all documentation required for exporting of material. Invoicing of all shipments once dispatched, and invoice approval. Running of SAP reports to enable analysis of held and outstanding shipments. Supporting the department and undertaking all clerical work i.e. updating spreadsheets, data logging, document retrieval, etc. Implementation of dispatch and packaging procedures. Skills Requirement

A good standard of education, numerate and literate, with good interpersonal skills. Computer literate, with good knowledge of Office 365 applications. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Experience of working in a busy manufacturing office environment. Good interaction and communication skills are desirable. Flexible and adaptable to meet demanding business needs. The Individual: Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to learn and develop within the role. Excellent interpersonal skills. Accurate and efficient. A reliable individual.
