As a Dispatch Assistant, you will become an integral part of the business, working within a key department. You will be responsible for managing all deliveries from our HQ. Ensuring the efficient yet considered dispatch of watches to our customers and other locations, it is critical that you handle our products with care while sending them out in a timely manner. Working as part of a fun and dynamic team, you will have a variety of different tasks which include liaising with our customers and colleagues at our retail stores and providing an outstanding level of service to them. How will you make an impact? You will be responsible for managing all outbound and inbound shipments to and from the HQ, including opening, packing, and booking in stock. Ensure the status of all watches dispatched is kept up to date on our internal management systems. Communicate with the commercial team to ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely manner. Be integral to the final quality control process, checking that all watches are in a presentable condition for posting. Use your attention to detail to identify any potential problems/delays in the product being dispatched. How will you experience success with us? With your prior experience in customer service & administration, you will be confident in leading all the above activities. You will have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You will always be a true ambassador of Watchfinder, a supportive and encouraging team member, keen to learn from others as well as to share your expertise.
