Dispensing Optician Manager
to join us in delivering outstanding patient care. You’ll be an integral part of our team here and will help us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate. Responsibilities will include managing our frame stock, choosing styles, seeing reps and managing the stock levels. You will have a passion for frames, lenses and all things dispensing, and keep our dispensing team up to date and enthused about our ranges and enjoy solving dispensing queries. We’re also looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs. Just as important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must. Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the practice and the local community. Your role will include dispensing spectacles and sunglasses, spectacle collections and adjustments, excellent in-room handovers, covering reception, answering the phone and making appointments discussing contact lenses and alternative eyecare solutions and being part of the day to day running of the practice. About Us We are a committed independent practice, dedicated to providing our patients with high-quality care and an exceptional experience in practice. Additional Information: Our examination times vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour. We offer OCT, Optomap, colourimetry & myopia management and we have a large volume of contact lens patients. We have

consulting rooms in Reading, 5 in Brighton, 2 in Winchester and 1 in Weybridge. Our frame and sunglass ranges include Tom Davies, Lindberg, Tom Ford, Rayban, Oakley & Maui Jim. We dispense a wide variety of spectacle lenses including multifocals, personalised lenses, enhanced readers, occupationals and myopia management spectacles. Our PMS system is Optix. We are a team of 15-20 in Reading & Brighton, 8 in Winchester and 5 in Weybridge. The full-time role requires you to
