Our team is highly experienced, with everyone having been here for over two years and our longest staff member being within Specsavers for over 30 years! We have also recently been nominated for the business of the year and customer care awards.

Salary range between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need to be qualified in Ophthalmic Dispensing or training to become one and an excellent understanding of both the optics and audiology customer journeys. You must have excellent listening and communication skills, be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and be a great team worker.
