Dispensing Optician Manager Location: Kingswood Salary: up to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience + Monthly bonus Hours: 4 or 5 days a week (One weekend day required) Previous Optical experience is essential for this role Are you a natural leader with a true desire for coaching and the ability to build strong lasting relationships with others? As a Dispensing Optician Manager at Specsavers, you’ll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times. Leadership skills are crucial, meaning leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence while providing the best possible customer care. With your optical experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial and performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities, and support with the recruitment and induction of new staff members.
