£60,000 - £75,000 per annum The Role: We are partnered with our leading client in Cambridge seeking an experienced Associate to join their dynamic Dispute Resolution team. This is a full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise while contributing to the growth and success of the team. Hybrid working is available. Key Role Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, primarily focused on civil and commercial disputes Conduct client meetings and interviews, offering clear legal advice Assess legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients Advise clients on costs, including preparing Letters of Engagement Carry out legal research to support case strategy Draft legal documents, letters, and correspondence Participate in internal and external training to maintain legal knowledge Contribute to the development and retention of long-term client relationships Represent the Dispute Resolution team in business development activities, when required Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Proven experience in dispute resolution, with a focus on civil and commercial disputes Strong technical knowledge and the ability to apply it in practical settings Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to manage and prioritise a demanding caseload A proactive approach to client relationships and business development A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in law and practice Package: Competitive salary between £60,000 - £75,000 per annum (depending on experience).
