As a member of the Dispute Resolution team, you will handle a variety of property litigation cases, including commercial, residential, housing disrepair, and agricultural property disputes. Responsibilities include:
Managing your own caseload within the wider property litigation and Dispute Resolution teams Conducting your own advocacy where required Providing exceptional client care Contributing to business development initiatives
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) with 2-8 years PQE. Experience in property litigation is essential. Key attributes include:
Exemplary communication skills, both written and spoken Proactive workload management and prioritisation Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Strong teamwork and computer proficiency
