An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team in Portsmouth. This role is perfect for a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE and will give exposure to a number of areas of civil litigation, allowing you to take the next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse caseload of civil disputes. Providing clear, strategic advice to clients and representing them in negotiations, mediations, and litigation. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including letters of claim and defences. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best outcomes. Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years PQE in Dispute Resolution or Litigation. Strong experience in managing a range of civil disputes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach to client matters. What We Offer:
