The firm is seeking an experienced solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience specialising in contentious trusts and probate. You will manage a diverse caseload, including: Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 Will validity challenges Property disputes involving trusts and proprietary estoppel Disputes between beneficiaries and executors/trustees This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the department head and play a key role in the continued growth of the contentious trusts and probate offering. Requirements

Expertise in contentious trusts and probate, with knowledge of High Court procedures A strong client-focused approach with excellent communication skills Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development For a confidential discussion about this role, please contact James at
