DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR: When you join this collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your work and be trusted to get on with things. Joining a team of litigators, you will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial disputes and take on a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the department. You will have a proven track record in a wide range of disputes including contract and shareholder, property, finance, professional negligence, insolvency and contentious probate matters. The appointed Dispute Resolution Solicitor will have a strong reputation and ideally have strong connections in the market to support the ongoing successes of the commercial litigation team. You have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in handling your own caseload of civil/commercial litigation matters and be looking for the next step in your career. The role will be varied and the firm are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running in developing an existing caseload as well as developing and motivating staff. You will be a real go-getter with a business/commercial mind, who can work well under pressure.
