Leading firm in Luton are seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing legal advice and representation to clients involved in contentious probate. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to further develop their career in a reputable and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of contentious probate matters and providing legal advice to clients Conducting negotiations and attending court hearings to represent clients' interests effectively Drafting legal documents, including statements of case, witness statements, and settlement agreements Undertaking legal research to support your clients and strengthen your case strategy Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery to exceed client expectations Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to provide holistic solutions to clients Staying up to date with relevant legal developments and sharing knowledge with the team Skills and Experience: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Dispute Resolution matters A strong background in contentious probate Demonstrated experience in managing a caseload of complex disputes and achieving successful outcomes Excellent litigation skills, including drafting legal documents and conducting negotiations Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and case law pertaining to contentious probate matters Ability to provide clear and practical advice to clients in a highly professional and empathetic manner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and develop effective strategies Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues Benefits: Hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between remote work and office-based work Comprehensive health insurance coverage to ensure the well-being of all team members Bike to work scheme, promoting sustainable transportation options and enabling a healthier lifestyle Generous pension contribution matching programme, providing financial security for the future Salary offering £50,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience.
