A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Disputes Lawyer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (2+ Years PQE) to join a long-established, modern, and forward-thinking law firm in Norwich. Representing individuals and SMEs, you will provide commercially focused legal advice. A proactive approach and sense of urgency are key. The Role You will manage a diverse caseload across property, commercial, contentious probate, and employment disputes. Key Responsibilities: Property & Landlord-Tenant Disputes Advise on residential lease extensions and First-tier Tribunal representation Handle commercial lease renewals and forfeiture Manage unpaid rent recovery Assist with residential possession claims and service charge disputes Advise on dilapidation claims and fitness for human habitation Draft tenancy agreements and advise landlords Contentious Probate & Trusts Challenge wills and handle inheritance claims Make applications to remove executors Commercial Disputes Handle breach of contract and misrepresentation cases Advise on shareholder and partnership disputes Manage debt recovery and enforcement of judgments Assist with winding-up proceedings in the High Court Freehold Land Disputes Resolve boundary disputes (including agricultural land) Handle adverse possession and nuisance claims Advise on restrictive covenants and proprietary estoppel Assist with property sale disputes Advise on TOLATA claims and property sales Employment Law Provide advice on employment status, disciplinary issues, redundancies, and TUPE Represent clients in harassment and discrimination claims Draft employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements What We’re Looking For 2+ years PQE in dispute resolution Commercially minded with a client-focused approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload under pressure Excellent communication and negotiation skills What’s on Offer?
