About the role We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Distribution Operations team in London. You will help the distribution team in delivering our theatrical MUBI Releases in key markets, and in expanding our ancillary business across the globe. This role is UK based, on a hybrid model and requires 2 days per week on-site at our offices in Soho, London. You will focus on:

Being responsible for print traffic for a wide array of screenings globally (DCPs, KDMs, tracking and support)

Being responsible for supporting Theatrical Sales team with certifying all releases via BBFC and IFCO

Working closely with the Distribution Operations Manager, Global in delivering various projects, including design briefs and administration

Working closely with the MUBI Encoding Team on deliveries

Assisting with video/audio/subtitles Quality Control of all-rights titles

Assisting with Cinema, Digital and Home Entertainment reporting

Maintaining Distribution administration and keep presentation decks and docs up to date

Identifying trends and dynamics in the SVOD market, film industry and the evolving digital landscape.

Assisting with grants and subsidy processes.

Attending MUBI Releases screenings/events.

Assisting Distribution and Global Head of Sales with any ad-hoc projects, including sending out screeners.

Improving planning, workflows and management of metadata/information for releases across various platforms.

Maintaining Distribution administration and guidelines/documentation up to date.

Administrative duties including booking accommodation/travel for the department, tracking credit card usage and managing diaries.

A passion for cinema, with a keen interest in growing and learning about the independent cinema market and the digital distribution landscape

Excellent communication skills

Strong administrative and reporting skills

Ability to multitask and juggle simultaneous projects of various scales

Impeccable attention to detail and strong diligence

Working under tight deadlines through multiple channels of communication

A team player with an enthusiastic attitude

Have the ability to work independently toward deadlines, reporting results regularly.
