Permanent ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Manager to join a luxury manufacturing family-run business on a permanent basis. The Distribution Manager represents an integral part of the workshop team, providing direction and support in the service delivery of luxury products. The Role:
Organise and motivate the Distribution team to ensure they work with high efficiency and stay ahead of schedule. Manage the distribution team to ensure orders are delivered to a high standard (product and packaging), safely and on time. Ensure all workshop shipments are passed on to the workshop team for QC and labelling before storing. Record all stock movements; track and control samples including high-value and bespoke items. Perform quarterly stock takes, investigate any differences and report results. Requirements:
Ambitious, driven, and motivated. Excellent attention to detail. Adaptable and ability to multitask. Strong leader and team player. Must be experienced in managing warehouse operations. Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
