As a District Manager, leading a group of our dynamic stores, you’ll be setting the example and working shoulder to shoulder with the team. A typical day could include: Supporting the growth of your partners, coaching and developing your team and building positive relationships. Overseeing store operations through your team, making sure all of your stores are delivering the Starbucks experience consistently from open to close. Analysing data and observations to inform decision making that improves both the customer experience and overall district results, setting goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance. Using forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour across the district within the required budgets as well as recruitment and training of world class and diverse talent that meets the stores’ needs. Maintaining safe and secure environments in all stores in your district in line with Starbucks standards. Ensuring your stores maintain sufficient inventory to meet customer demands and conduct accurate stock counts. Cascading and rolling out of new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results. Role-modelling legendary customer service with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections. Ensuring all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures.
