Are you a qualified District Nurse or have just completed the District Nurse Specialist Practice Qualification? We have full-time vacancies within the Community Nursing Networks in North Lincs. As a District Nurse, you will carry a caseload of complex patients and contribute to the management of the teams. We are currently undergoing a number of changes, including an electronic allocation system and the introduction of a nursing HUB where patient visits are triaged and prioritized. Both systems are in their infancy, so it is an exciting time to be part of the transformation.
