Position: District Youth Officer
As a District Youth Officer, you will support the Badger, Cadet, and RISE programmes across the region as well as running events such as camps. You will also support youth unit managers and ensure that programmes are of high quality, comply with SJA standards, and provide a great development experience for young people. Responsibilities:
Assuring standards of youth delivery through monitoring and visits. Provide advice and support on youth programme implementation. Provide Area/District activities for harder to deliver subjects. Work with the Training team and wider District Youth team to provide courses for cadets in the district.
