As our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Manager, you will drive a data-driven DE&I strategy that aligns with our business goals and values. You will champion inclusivity, advising leadership and colleagues on best practices while embedding DE&I into policies, workplace culture, and customer engagement. By collaborating across departments and building partnerships with community organisations, industry networks, and advocacy groups, you will ensure our practices empower our employees and resonate with our diverse customers. What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Development:

Design and execute a comprehensive DE&I action plan to drive measurable progress. Data Insights:

Analyse and report on key metrics (workforce diversity, retention, pay equity, etc.) to guide decision-making. Inclusive Policies & Training:

Review and enhance policies while delivering impactful training programmes to promote awareness and engagement. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with leadership, HR, and external consultants to embed DE&I into business decisions. Reporting & Compliance:

Oversee gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and ensure legal compliance. Community & Customer Impact:

Advise on inclusive retail spaces and marketing, while building external partnerships that amplify our DE&I efforts. What You'll Bring

Strong understanding of DE&I challenges and best practices, including accreditation processes. Expertise in analysing complex datasets to translate insights into actionable strategies. Proven ability to design and implement inclusive workplace policies and drive cultural change. Experience delivering impactful DE&I initiatives in fast-paced, complex environments. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. A passion for fostering belonging and embodying trust, curiosity, care, and positivity. What we offer
