Overall Purpose of The Job To undertake the role of Diving Project Manager (Devonport Diving Hybrid Model), ensuring that the project is managed in accordance with the customer and SeaTec Quality Management system, Group Policies and marine industry standards. To take responsibility for, and direct the financial, service, quality, health & safety aspects of project delivery that meet or exceed customer satisfaction. Meet Project KPI’s. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Embrace V.Group’s safety culture, report all safety observations to avoid escalation of unsafe acts. Do not start work if you have not been briefed on the safe system of work that you are undertaking. Support the Project Team in the delivery of all diving projects through preparing safe systems of work and dive project plans. Plan, supervise, manage and perform tasks such as but not limited to; feasibility studies, design studies, detail design, plan approval work, site supervision, specification writing, cost estimating. Prepare quotes and ITT’s for new business. Monitor the technical and financial performance of the project. Support the Senior Project Manager in the development of technical and project management capability (people, processes and tools) within SeaTec. Liaise with Babcock stakeholders to ensure expectations and requirements are met or exceeded. Maintain a high level of knowledge on current health and safety methods of working in order to supervise a project and its personnel and advise appropriately. What can I expect in return? V. Eligibility for Security Clearance up to SC. Minimum 2 years’ experience in afloat ship repair on in- shore/offshore diving projects.
