Divisional Manager - Construction Recruitment Desk - Billing
London office (4 days), home (1 day)
A hot desk for your individual billing target, with lucrative PSL's in place, managing an existing team of three consultants, reporting directly to the board.
Required:
- 360 Construction Recruitment experience
- PTR of personal billings in line with the target this role will carry, £250k
- Management of recruitment personnel, resourcers or consultants

Targets & Expectations:
- Maintain a minimum of £250,000 of personal desk fees
- Manage a team of 3 x billing consultants within your specialist sector
- Ensuring the team hits minimum target (a minimum of £150,000 for billing consultants)
- Providing technical and sales based training
- Report to the board on team performance at weekly management meetings
