I am proud to be working in partnership with an established national recruitment agency who specialise in Logistics Recruitment, providing Class 1, Class 2, and 7.5 tonne drivers to companies within Scotland. Due to year-on-year growth, they are looking to expand the team by adding an additional Senior Recruitment Consultant with promotional opportunities.

Driving recruitment is fast-paced and you will be responding to clients who often run 24-hour operations. Ideally, knowledge of Driving Hours and Logistics is an advantage, but we will also consider consultants from other high-volume Industrial desks who have covered Driving.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and attracting drivers by writing impactful adverts and utilising job sites
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Carrying out BD activities including site visits to win additional business
Conducting thorough interviews to assess driver qualifications and experience
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
What we need from you:
Experience
working as a Driving Consultant
Proactive approach to sales and recruitment
Ability to manage an on-call phone – Logistics is a 24-hour operation, and bookings may need filling out of hours
Desire for career progression
Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume role
