Stephen James Consulting continues to work with one of their Not-for-profit elderly care providers in the search for a Divisional Support Manager, supporting 7 care homes within the portfolio.
This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.
As a Divisional Support Manager, you will be supporting the Director in ensuring our care homes deliver the highest possible standards of care and service.
Working alongside the HR Advisor and Learning and Development Advisor, you will also support the registered managers with the day-to-day running and development of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs. Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home. Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager. Providing strong leadership skills to enhance client's quality of life by identifying and reducing risks through conducting care audits and taking corrective action.
