Working on behalf of an excellent organisation, I am currently recruiting a
Divisional Support Manager
to oversee a number of homes across London and Central. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous clinical experience.
The organisation is looking to recruit a Divisional Home Support Manager who will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager (Nursing & Care Services). The post-holder will be responsible for running a home in the absence of the Home Manager and will also provide operational support and assistance to new build and acquired homes.
Responsibilities:
Run a home in the absence of the Home Manager. Provide operational support and assistance to new build and acquired homes.
Qualifications: Experience with a large multi-site Care Provider in a high-level management role. Experience working within the Regulatory Framework specific to Care Homes. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or in Leadership and Management for Care Services or equivalent.
