The role As a Warranty Manager, you will oversee 14 Audi Stores, working closely with our Brands, workshop, and service advisor teams. You will ensure correct processes are followed for warranty work. Who you are You will have previous Warranty administration experience, ideally with manufacturer warranties. Confident IT skills, ideally with Kerridge experience (training provided). Process-driven, organised, and able to manage your time effectively. Able to build good working relationships and enjoy customer interaction. What you’ll do Ensure accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration. Achieve all allocated objectives and operate within the law. Plan and manage time to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed time scales. Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to Group, Manufacturer policies, and Statutory Legislation.
