high-quality medical and psychiatric care

to patients in the

Adult Inpatient Acute Service , ensuring accurate assessments, diagnoses, and tailored treatment plans. Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with nurses, psychologists, and therapists to deliver holistic, patient-centered care during daily ward rounds. Treatment Planning : Contribute to creating

individualized care plans , supporting patients as they navigate their recovery process. Leadership : Offer guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care across the team. Service Improvement : Take an active role in

audit ,

clinical governance , and

quality improvement

initiatives to drive

service excellence . What We’re Looking For: Medical Qualifications : You’ll have an

MBBS

or equivalent medical degree with

full GMC registration . Relevant Experience : Experience in

adult inpatient mental health services

is highly desirable, particularly with patients in

acute psychiatric settings . Strong Clinical Skills : You must have solid

clinical assessment

skills and the ability to develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans. Key Skills : A

compassionate approach

to patient care, excellent

communication skills , and the ability to work effectively within a
