This unique role combines healthcare assistance, patient support, and administrative responsibilities in a high-end clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and professionally manage patient arrivals Provide discreet patient escort services within the clinic Assist doctors during medical and aesthetic procedures Support clinical documentation and equipment management Schedule follow-up consultations and treatments Conduct post-procedure patient welfare checks Maintain absolute patient confidentiality Demonstrate flexibility to support clinic operations Essential Requirements: Female applicants only (mandatory for chaperoning duties) Exceptional standards of written and verbal English Prior experience in medical or aesthetic clinical settings Comprehensive understanding of aesthetic medical environments Professional and compassionate patient interaction skills Ability to work occasional weekend shifts Adaptable team player willing to support multiple clinic functions Desirable Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatment protocols A second language such as Arabic Understanding of patient care and clinical best practices This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
