0 - 10% Responsibilities: Responsible for tracking, distribution, and filing of Engineering documentation. Control engineering reports, test results, and drawing files of new and updated revisions. Track, revise, implement, and distribute engineering documents including ECO, ECN, Temporary Instruction, Engineering Waiver, Part Number/Model Number Maintenance, Bill of Materials, Model Shop Work Request, Sales Contract, and Engineering Release Notification. Provide advance notification to Manufacturing and Materials of ECO implementation and provide red line drawing. Organize, analyze, prioritize, resolve issues, and meet deadlines. Review Engineering documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to final signature approval. Maintain Sales contract documents in preparation for incoming inspection/testing. Develop working relationships within departments and assist with the control of documentation systems including standard operating procedures, specifications, etc. Develop new documentation methods and procedures. Write/revise and maintain document control instructions. Ensure processes comply with internal procedures and requirements. Responsible for archiving and shredding processes, ensuring document revisions are stored in the correct format. Follow migration strategy towards a paperless process. Willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities and assist other departments. Qualifications: Education:

Minimum of 4-year degree of a technical nature Skills: Familiarity with engineering document control practices (ECN, ECO, Bill of Materials, etc.). Understanding of electronic document management systems and working knowledge of documentation methods. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work with frequent product changes. People skills required to successfully work with other departments. Proficient writing skills, excellent grammar, and spelling. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of blueprints and documentation. Equipment knowledge of printers, scanners, and plotters. Reports to:
