The candidate must be familiarized with ACONEX and other similar programs. The candidate must have at least 20 years of general experience with at least 10 years in a similar role for the oil and gas sector. The candidate must be able to demonstrate at least 7 years in leading teams of document controllers. Responsibilities

Preparing and submitting Project Management Plan. Schedule [Sr. Scheduler, Scheduler, Sr. Coordination Engineer, Coordination Engineer, Sr. Planner, Planner]. Document control system development and administration. Management of the information systems. Project management team equipment and supplies management. Project management report development. Review of site correspondence and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents. Development and maintenance of the Project Management Plan. Periodic preparation and processing of site reports. Management of intra-management correspondence (between the Site and Development Offices). Maintenance of contract documents. Processing of contractor documents.
