Currently looking for a motivated professional to join the team based in Ilford as Document Controller. Looking for a person who is able to communicate well, liaise with and advise other departments.
The company has a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake some of the most significant contracts and holds a high portfolio of work across the UK.
Attributes
Significant document control experience within main contractor background
Meticulous organisational skills
Ability to manage and own document control process for multiple simultaneous projects
Ability to work under own initiative and maintain attention to detail at all times
Highly professional, well presented, reliable, punctual and responsible
IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro software packages as a minimum
Excellent communication skills
Assist in the preparation of project reports including typing dictated or handwritten notes and final formatting, printing and binding for presentation
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain standard shared computer folders and files.
Be responsible for coordinating document changes and provide admin support to all personnel associated with projects.
Previous experience as a Document Controller and Administrator.
Update contract documents as required including collating, filing and distribution of documents relating to Variation Orders.
Set up and maintain all project-related filing ensuring it is up-to-date at all times.
