As a Document Controller, you will provide a support service to our project teams by ensuring that project design information/documentation is captured and stored in a methodical manner within Viewpoint for Projects (Our Common Data Environment (CDE)) for ease of retrieval by site teams. Support the design team ensuring all design information is controlled and maintained in a methodical manner and issued within set time scales. Ensure company and project information management protocols and procedures are followed (including but not limited to the IMP and BEP). Be communication liaison for the design and site teams including key documentation and handover information. Build effective working relationships with all members of the site team, up to and including Director level. Support the relevant Teams with the workflow process, RFI, Change Control and linking information to virtual containers within our CDE. Manage the CDE creating internal and external document containers with CDE template or inviting and revoking internal and external users. Manage registers and audit site records regularly to ensure compliance with our BMS processes and procedures. Generate and issue reports to internal/external parties when required. Responsible for upload and distribution of all documentation requiring client comment or approval. Responsible for collation of all comments and approvals and distribution of said comments to relevant members of GT site team. Chair the PCF control meetings with the client and the consultees of the documents. Manage PCF process from start to finish. About You: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A highly organised approach to work. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. The ability to effectively and proactively co-ordinate multiple activities under pressure. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with all members of the site team and the wider team if required. The ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. Aptitude to learn new software and technology tools quickly. Aware of individual Health and Safety responsibilities and adheres to company health and safety policy and procedures.
