This role is to support the MEP Lead Document Controller and MEP team in the management of MEP documentation and associated activities.

Control and distribute documentation & data in accordance with the requirements of the MEP Team. Liaise between the Project team, Design team, and delivery team on document management issues. Maintain the MEP Team document management systems Sharepoint / Assetwise with regards to updating and modifying some areas of the master data and system set up. Work on Schedules and Reporting for MEP. Assist in the preparation and implementation of MEP training/ briefings. Promote best practice, capture best practice and ensure it is fed-back into the business and parent companies. Assist the MEP Managers and other members of the MEP team, in key tasks to assist in the development, management, implementation and monitoring of the MEP systems. Understand the Client and Joint Venture Partners' Environment and Sustainability Policies, Processes and statutory requirements as they affect the company's operations and ensure that the requirements, as applicable within their discipline, are implemented on the project.
