They want to add an experienced document controller to be a part of a team that is shaping the future of residential construction in London. Role Summary:

My client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Document Controller to manage and oversee their document control systems. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the company's document management processes, maintain compliance with industry standards, and support the project teams with accurate and timely document distribution. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain project documentation using systems such as Project Vault, Viewpoint for Projects, and OneDrive. Ensure compliance with BS EN 19650 standards and drawing protocols. Implement and enforce document control procedures and policies. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely document distribution. Monitor document submissions and approvals to maintain up-to-date records. Provide training and support to staff on document management systems and procedures. Conduct regular audits to ensure document control processes are followed. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of document templates. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to support project deliverables. Handle document-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry, preferably with a design and build contractor. Proficient in using Project Vault, Viewpoint for Projects, and OneDrive. In-depth knowledge of BS EN 19650 standards and drawing protocols. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Education:

Relevant qualifications in document control, construction management, or a related field are desirable.
