Nelson Permanent Placements are working with our client who is a UK leading M&E contractor offering full turnkey engineering solutions to their vastly growing Blue Chip client base. Our client operates heavily in the FMCG & Food & Beverage industry.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring that all documentation is stored in accordance with the current QA System.
Collating material certification information and matching it to purchase orders.
Liaising with material and equipment suppliers to obtain missing certification.
Collating all required documentation and compiling a complete technical O&M manual in line with the Musk QA procedure, inclusive of material certification, equipment manuals, pressure testing documentation, and technical drawings.
Collating documentation to satisfy insurance review processes.
Supporting project teams with validation documentation where required for Pharmaceutical projects.
Understanding and complying with industry regulatory documentation requirements, i.e., Pharmaceutical documentation requirements.
Compiling eDoc's - Training will be provided.
This role will be office-based with occasional visits to workshop environments.
Desirable attributes include an enthusiastic attitude towards quality & compliance, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to look at existing and developing processes with an objective view in order to provide suggestions for improvement.
