We are recruiting for an experienced
Domestic Electrician
qualified to:
2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent electrician qualification)
BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations for 18 th
Edition
2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
Gilmartins work in social housing and provide
reactive repairs
for local authorities and
housing associations . The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.
The job requires work and travel in the
central Bedfordshire
area (Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Bedford). Properties for this well-known Housing Association are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Qualified Electrician:
The role is to:
Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing
Work to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
Full UK driving license – not EU licence
Own tools
Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificates
Experience of working in social housing
DBS certificate
ECS card - ideally
