Lutterworth 24,000 - 24,500 CTJ56 Role Overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Energy Technical Advisor within a leading training provider in the energy sector. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the delivery of high-quality training services to external learners. Your main responsibilities will involve providing exceptional technical support, managing assessments, and guiding candidates throughout their learning journey. This role will also support the promotion of the company's training services, ensuring that standards are met and exceeded to drive revenue and brand success. Key Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to learners, helping them progress through their training journey. Offer front-line technical support primarily through online assessment feedback, telephone, and email communication. Use an online portfolio system to efficiently manage and track candidates' progress. Work closely with the training team to ensure the delivery of top-quality training. The ideal Domestic Energy Technical Advisor will: Have attention to detail: As the role is technical in nature, you will need the ability to perform calculations and a keen eye for accuracy. Be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor Have excellent communication skills: You will need to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to deliver exceptional support to learners. Be Customer focussed: A focus on providing high levels of customer service, even in a busy technical environment.
