Our client based in County Durham is looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out EPCs on domestic properties throughout the South East of England.
Job Description:
To assess the energy efficiency of residential properties. Survey the number and sizes of rooms, floors, corridors, windows, doors, and fireplaces within customers' homes. Prepare reports and make recommendations for cost-effective ways to improve energy performance. To produce final Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) using computer software. Explain the information collected and EPC to homeowners. Person Specification:
Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment. Must have a full UK driving license. Experience of carrying out EPCs is essential for this role. Must be qualified and able to undertake EPCs with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK, etc). Good attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
