We are looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join our highly regarded gas operations and maintenance team based in Brockley and Canning Town, London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading FM company where you will be working to complete boiler services (CP12s), fault finding and breakdown repairs in residential properties across our portfolio.

Job Purpose
As a Domestic Gas Service Engineer, you will undertake routine servicing and maintenance for our domestic customers. You will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring that gas fired boilers (central heating and hot water systems) are working to the required quality standards. You will identify any faults and rectify these during the visit, issuing the completion certificate (CP12) where the systems meet the required safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake fault finding and repair work, including the replacement of heating and hot water system components (such as control boards, pipework, radiators, etc).
The role is based in South East London with the patch covering Brockley and Canning Town. You will be issued with your own van and fuel card as this is a mobile role.

Experience Required
You will have experience in boiler servicing and maintain a current ACS certification (domestic). You'll be comfortable with routine servicing and some repair works such as leak detection/repair, replacement radiators, valve replacement, and parts replacements across gas fired heating and hot water systems. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail and quality of workmanship are essential.
