Job Role Responsibilities: Diary management Responding to phone calls and emails Estimating and quotations Day to day running of engineers and apprentices Site visits Domestic heating surveys Identify skill gaps within the workforce and arrange CPD opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge, and training for engineers and apprentices Toolbox talks Oversee current projects Invoicing Cost saving analysis Staff management Review compliance, safety, and quality, working on continuous improvement and identifying gaps or shortfalls Establish connections with local businesses to secure relationships (merchants, clients, other companies) Producing directors' reports Note:
