Job Purpose To provide a wide range of Domestic and Administrative support, enabling me to live and work independently.
Location Hethersett, NR9
Job Details I am a very competent man in my 30’s who is a wheelchair user and works in the access and inclusion field, mainly from my home. I have a small team of carers who look after my support needs, and am seeking an additional person who will mainly be responsible for my domestic requirements as follows:
General housework/cleaning
Laundry/ironing
Cooking
Administration – banking, paying bills, picking up prescriptions
Potential cover for other P.A’s tasks as needed
I am a good communicator who enjoys music and film and I go to the gym. My P.A. should be animal friendly, as I have applied to take on a Service Dog. It is important that my P.A. is discreet and has an understanding of GDPR/confidentiality as I may have personal information on individuals who I am supporting in my home.

Driver with own car and relevant class of business insurance an advantage

The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour
Hours of work: 12 per week, times to be discussed at interview
5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays

A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
