Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting. Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service. Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Full driving license is required. You will be part of a large organization ensuring you will have lots of ongoing support and development opportunities. You will be required to have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS completed; the company will pay for this.
