Job Description Domiciliary Care Manager Salary:

41,000 +

plus bonuses Full-time, Permanent We are looking for a dedicated and driven Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead and manage one of our client's Home Care Branch. As a key member of the team, you will bring your experience in health and social care management, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. What you'll be doing: Operational Leadership : Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring that the service runs smoothly and efficiently. Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations to maintain the highest level of service quality. Service Growth and Development : Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the service, expanding its reach and improving the care provided to clients. Staff Management and Development : Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to the care team, ensuring that staff are skilled, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Client and Family Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and external partners, ensuring open communication and a focus on their needs. Financial Management : Manage budgets and the financial performance of the service, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and within budget constraints. Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices and ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
